Specifications:
A ball end milling cutter is also known as a "ball nose mill". The end of this tool is ground with a full radius equal to half of the tool diameter, and the edges are center cutting. They can be single end or double end and they can be made from solid carbide or various compositions of high speed steel. They can be general purpose or high perfomance geometries. They can be used used for milling a large corner radius, grooving with a full radius, and contour or profile milling. The smaller diameters can be used for engraving. They are available in a wide variety of standard sizes and lengths.
E550 general processing milling cutter series adopt domestic high-quality fine grain tungsten steel material. Flexural strength: 3900mpa, grain size: 0.8μm, with coating (black / Bronze) by imported coating equipment. E550 milling cutters are with special angle design and strict quality control, which is especially suitable for ordinary medium and low carbon steel, alloy steel and other materials processing. With high precision quality control, and full inspection, all E550 series end mills are delivered with 100% qualification rate.

The process of production:
1. Order entry business arrangements, then prepared the raw material, sent to engineer to drawing.
2. The grinding to flat head and chamfering, or taper of the angle.
3. Inspector test the diameter, length, taper angle and tolerance of the material, then lasering.
4. Go to CNC machine working. Some time check the cutter when it producing.
5. Inspector test all of when the cutters finished.
6. If the cutters no need to coating, then we will package it sent to customer. If the cutters need to coating, we package it sent to coating.
7. After coating back, inspector will check it. Then sent to customer.
