First Order with Aron

I once met such a customer, who gave me great hope at first, then "extinguished" it, and then ignited it again after some twists and turns.

I got to know Aron through the Internet. Later, after sending an email, Aron replied that he would send me milling cutters for sample making. At that time, I thought it was strange that he would send milling cutter to me by first contact. Still I asked him the size and usage of cutters he needed. But he didn't reply. At that time, I thought that he would not reply again.

Later I tried more mails. And after a period of time, probably at the end of April 2012, just at the time of the Canton Fair, Aaron finally wrote me a letter, asking me about the booth number of the fair, and I told him that we would not attend, but might attend in October. Then he asked me if I could quote when he sent me the sample photo. I told “Yes”. Soon Aaron sent me a picture of the milling cutter and asked me for an offer. After price quoting, Aron said he would send me his samples, and I received the sample of milling cutter a few days later.

Then, When our samples are ready, I ask him how to express. He asked how he would place an order? If the express delivery fee of milling cutter samples can be refunded, I told him that normally we will provide samples for customers for free, but the freight cost shall be on customers’. After that, everything goes well. However, Aron found that the samples were damaged during the transportation after receiving. He blamed me for saying that the samples were sent to him as soon as not finished. I explained that they are damaged in transportation and promised that the bulk would be done well. Finally, Aron placed the order without saying anything. For the first time, the order was not big. I took some pictures of the bulk before delivery for Aron to check. He was very satisfied and paid very quickly.
