The process of production:
1. Order entry business arrangements, then prepared the raw material, sent to engineer to drawing.
2. The grinding to flat head and chamfering, or taper of the angle.
3. Inspector test the diameter, length, taper angle and tolerance of the material, then lasering.
4. Go to CNC machine working. Some time check the cutter when it producing.
5. Inspector test all of when the cutters finished.
6. If the cutters no need to coating, then we will package it sent to customer. If the cutters need to coating, we package it sent to coating.
